Activater and Dolittle Families
 
The Activaters and Dolittles

foodfitness features two cartoon families, the Activaters and the Dolittles in their everyday lives:

The Activaters are the positive role models. They are full of energy and always on the go. They like to walk or cycle to get around and enjoy loads of different activities such as roller-blading, swimming, dancing and football. Activaters enjoy a wide variety of different foods and drinks and know how to include their favourite foods into a balanced diet.

Activaters show us that a healthy lifestyle doesn't need to be dull, demanding, extreme or expensive.

The Dolittle family like to sit down, put their feet up and watch TV or play computer games. They love a remote-controlled lifestyle and avoid all types of activity. They don't have much energy and never seem to have much fun! Dolittles are not very organised with their food and tend to eat the same foods every day. They rarely eat fruit and veg.

The Dolittles could get a lot more out of life if they joined the Activaters!
