The Activaters and Dolittles

Foodfitness has been created by the Food and Drink Federation (FDF). We are the voice of the UK food and drink industry, the largest manufacturing sector in the country. Our membership comprises of manufacturers of all sizes as well as trade associations dealing with specific sectors of the industry.

Our three priorities are:

Food safety – it's our number one priority, which is why it is important to recognise the use of salt as a preservative.

Health and wellbeing – which is why we are keen to talk about the issues related to salt reduction.

Sustainability and competitiveness – which helps explain why we chose to print this leaflet on 100% recycled paper.
